Training we choose

We have always heard that in order to continue evolving in training the ideal is to rush to the maximum and bring our muscles to failure. For years this is what many have been doing, but the new trends say the opposite, focusing more on quality than on quantity Trialix.

For that reason in this post we are going to break down both theories when it comes to getting some steel muscles. It is true that always when training we choose to take the muscles to the maximum increasing the load and causing us to reach the failure in each exercise.

Such is this that sometimes, in the last repetitions especially, we tend to push ourselves with more body parts or involve other muscles to be able to perform the correct movement Trialix. This practice is being questioned in recent times.
