The results show alterations that correlate with the clinical measures in the three microbiomes analyzed in the patients and the controls. For example Flekosteel, species of the genus Haemophilus present a decrease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in all regions analyzed, while the species Lactobacillus salivarius increases its presence in patients.
